Business Developer

For our "Stoned." product range, we are currently looking for a Business Developer with approximately 5 years of experience to steer international growth. Do you like well thought out and high-quality products in natural materials? Do you have experience in developing an international network of distributors and customers within an interior environment? Are you fired by technology and innovation? Do you have experience in leading a sales approach both online and offline? Then you might be the person who can help develop and grow new business.
About Van Den Weghe

Van Den Weghe is known as a high-end processor of marble and natural stone with a sharp eye for luxury design. Aesthetics, innovation and quality reign in our company. We help our clients and architects to realize unique design by manufacturing and installing custom projects in natural stone and terrazzo.

In addition, we develop our own product range with products and unique items by recovering the high-quality residual materials.

What we expect
  • You have a master's degree and / or you can present at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • You have experience in business development in an international context.
  • You know how to manage a sales process from A to Z.
  • Your experience, expertise and enthusiasm enable you to build strong customer relationships that will last.
  • You know how to express yourself and your ideas in Dutch, French and English.
  • You have a driving license B.

What are you going to do
  • You develop a network of distributors for the Stoned product range. You act as a strategic partner and think about how we can best support them.
  • You maintain contact with architects who prescribe our stoned products to their customers.
  • You help build the online sales platform for the Stoned products by setting up targeted sales campaigns.
  • You work closely with the development team within Van Den Weghe to continuously improve the range and to tailor it to the needs of our customers.
  • You manage the sales process from "forecasting" to "after service" and ensure that the organization can help you achieve your ambitious goals through consultation with management and production.
  • You are actively working on a partner program to exploit the scale potential of our stoned products.
  • You organize customer events and participate in tradeshows to strengthen ties with existing and potential new customers Stoned.
  • You report directly to the CEO.
